The project aims at extracting building footprints and associated artificial and green surfaces within settlement areas of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It contains an initial inventory and regular updates, using aerial photography from 2000, 2003, 2007 and 2010.

space4environment was responsible for the definition of the product specifications and the area of interest (that is, the delineation of the settlement areas). Moreover, space4environment implemented the mapping update for the year 2010.
